Biography

​Alysha Lam is a 5’5” outside hitter from Richmond Christian School and a dedicated member of Hustle Volleyball Club for the past two seasons. Despite being just 13 years old, Alysha consistently competes a year up, embracing higher levels of competition to accelerate her development and challenge herself against older athletes.

Alysha’s growing list of accomplishments includes earning a bronze medal at the Volleyball BC Provincial Championships, helping lead Richmond Christian School to the 2025 Richmond City Finals, and being named a 2025 Zones All-Star. Her strong performances and high potential were further recognized with an invitation to the National Excellence Program (NEP) Futures Camp, an early-identification pathway designed to prepare emerging athletes for future national team consideration.

Known for her exceptional athleticism, Alysha possesses one of the highest vertical jumps in the entire club within the female category, a rare trait at her age that makes her a dynamic presence on the pin. Combined with her work ethic, coachability, and willingness to play up, Alysha continues to establish herself as one of the most exciting young prospects in the program.
