Train this summer with Hustle Volleyball Club. Our beach volleyball program is designed for female athletes who want to build strong fundamentals, improve game awareness, and compete in a high repetition training environment. Sessions are structured by age and ability so each athlete is challenged at the right level.

Age Groups:
11U-14U
15U-18U

Skill Level Tiers:
Performance Tier - Built for athletes with club volleyball experience. Focus areas include advanced skill development, systems, and competition.
Development Tier - ​Built for athletes who are newer to beach volleyball. Focus areas include fundamentals, movement, and game understanding.

Training Phases & Schedules:

June - Foundations Phase
Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday
• 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 11U to 14U
• 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 15U to 18U

July and August - Systems and Competition Phase
Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or ​Thursday
• 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 11U to 14U
• 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 15U to 18U

This summer, Hustle Volleyball Club will deliver a structured academy that blends skill development with competitive play. Athletes will train using proven Japanese methods that focus on repetition, precision, and consistency. Each session is designed to build strong fundamentals, then apply those skills in controlled, game like environments.

Program Structure
Athletes will experience a mix of:

• High repetition technical training routines
• Position specific skill work
• Unique Japanese motor skills & movement patterns
• Competitive scenarios that reinforce decision making

This approach ensures athletes do not just learn skills, they apply them under pressure.

Court Location: British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT)
Court Dates & Times:

• ​Mondays & Wednesdays 5pm-7pm, Sundays 12pm-2pm on the 1 (M), 3 (W), 8 (M), 10 (W), 14 (S), 15 (M), 17 (W), 22 (M), 24 (W), & 28 (S)

Strength & Conditioning Location: Gymbox
Strength & Conditioning Dates & Times:

• Fridays on the 5, 12, 19, & 26
• ​12U-14U at 6:30pm-7:30pm
• 15U-18U at 7:30pm-8:30pm

• 15U Legacy: 10 am  - 11:30 am
• 15U Selects: 10:30 am - 12 pm
• 14U Girls Athena: 11:30 am - 1 pm
• 13U Girls Legacy: 12 pm - 1:30 pm

* Please arrive 15 mins before your assigned timeslot

• You only need to attend your assigned team timeslot  
• Required attendance for all both RETURNING & NEW athletes
• If you cannot attend your assigned timeslot, you are welcome to drop into another timeslot, but it may not include your assigned coaches or teammates.

On behalf of the entire Hustle Volleyball Club, we want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who participated in our first wave tryouts this year. The energy, effort, and passion each athlete brought into the gym made this one of our most competitive and inspiring tryout seasons yet.

We had an overwhelming amount of interest in this age group, and with so many talented athletes in the gym, our selection process was incredibly difficult. If you did not receive a callback, please know that this does not define your potential or future with us. We truly hope to see you back at next year’s tryouts, and we are confident that with continued hard work and development, many of you will be strong contenders in the years ahead.
