HVC - Team Meet & Greet Posting 13U-15U Teams

Congratulations on being selected to join our Hustle family!

Your dedication during what was an incredibly rigorous tryout process this season has truly paid off.  We are now moving on to onboarding our families by hosting our first Team Meet & Greet Meeting.

Meeting Details:
🗓️  Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
📍  Location: HVC Headquarters (Suite #305, 13888 Wireless Way, Richmond, BC)
⏰  Time:    

• 15U Legacy: 10 am  - 11:30 am
• 15U Selects: 10:30 am - 12 pm
• 14U Girls Athena: 11:30 am - 1 pm
• 13U Girls Legacy: 12 pm - 1:30 pm

* Please arrive 15 mins before your assigned timeslot

Important Notes:

• You only need to attend your assigned team timeslot  
• Required attendance for all both RETURNING & NEW athletes
• If you cannot attend your assigned timeslot, you are welcome to drop into another timeslot, but it may not include your assigned coaches or teammates.

What to Expect: 

• Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Orientation + App downloading
• Meet our HVC Board, Administration Staff & Trainers
• Meet your Coaching Team
• Establish Group Chats/Communication platforms
• Participate in team discussions (re Expectations, Commitment Levels & Coaching Style)
• Confirming Tournament Participation for the 2026 season
• Appointment of a Team Manager & Treasurer for each team
• Uniform Sizing & Apparel Ordering
• Take Official HVC Athlete Headshots
