Media Day 2025

What to expect at the HVC Media Day:
Each player will take one headshot, with the option of one photo of your chosen pose and one photo with friend(s) or family! If you are deciding to take a picture with a pose, you must be prepared with the pose, or it will not be taken. The same goes for the family/friend(s) photo.

After you have taken your headshot, we will be taking a team photo at the end, so please do not leave before then.

Before and after your photo is taken, feel free to stay in the common area during your allocated time to hang out and mingle with your fellow teammates and club members. There will be refreshments provided.
Please note that these photos will be used for Volleyball BC’s Provincial Programming.

  • 15 Minutes for Team Photos

Exemptions to note:

• Those who are in our strength and conditioning programming should make adjustments to their schedule to accommodate for the media day. Please ensure you reach out to Will Hammill ([email protected]) to make these schedule changes.
• Please ensure that you keep the space clean. There will be signs indicating where you can and cannot go.
• All athletes must bring their Maroon Jersey for this session.
• If you are partaking in the Japan Supercamp this spring break, please ensure you bring your shirt for the photo.
• If you would like access to the digital copy of the photo, we will have them available via our website on the home page. These photos will also be used on each roster page.
• Please try to attend this session as we would like the whole team captured for the provincials programming submission. If this is not possible, we will have a separate photo for individual shots.
