Tryouts
All athletes are required to attend open tryouts for roster consideration.

Early Signing
Early signing opportunities are available in combination with tryouts for eligible athletes identified by our coaching staff.

Eligibility
All athletes are welcome to participate, regardless of prior club experience or affiliation.

Tryout registration
Tryout Information

• ​Each registered athlete is required to attend one mandatory tryout session.
• Some age groups may have a mandatory callback session if necessary — these will be by invitation only.
• We will contact each athlete directly following their initial tryout regarding next steps.

Pre-Registration:
All athletes must pre-register before attending any tryout session.

Attendance:

• Attendance at tryouts is mandatory in order to be considered for placement on a Hustle Volleyball Club team.
• If an athlete is unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please review our Tryout FAQs for instructions on how to proceed.

Arrival:
Athletes must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tryout to complete the registration and check-in process.

Refund Policy:

• There are no refunds for tryouts not attended.
• There are no refunds for tryout fees if an athlete is not selected for a team.

Registration Details

• Cost: $45 + GST & Processing Fees
• Prices: All tryout fees are subject to GST and credit card processing fees.
• On-Site Registration: An additional $10 fee will apply for any on-site registrations.
• Online Registration: Registration will close 48 hours prior to each tryout session or once capacity is reached — whichever comes first.
• Capacity Notice: On-site registration may not be available if the session is full. This page will be updated to reflect any capacity changes.
