We Are Recruiting Coaches!

​For the 2026 volleyball club season, Hustle is seeking mature and high-quality coaches for both junior and senior teams. Each team will be led by a Head Coach and supported by two Assistant Coaches.

All coaches will benefit from:

• An in-person coaching workshop and physical bootcamp led by our coaching director.
• Access to a variety of coaching resources throughout the season.
• Training in Japanese volleyball techniques and philosophies, acquired through our annual Supercamp trips to Japan.

Coaches are expected to master these techniques and be proficient in:

• Conducting high-repetition drills.
• Teaching efficient movement patterns.
• Fostering a disciplined yet supportive training environment.

Commitment:

• Conduct 2-3 weekly, 2 hour practice sessions at one our designated training facilities
• Attend season scheduled out-of-town Super Series Tournaments (Island, Interior & Lower Mainland)
• Attend Provincial Tournament 
• If selected, attend weekend playdays (throughout the season) and out-of-province National Tournament (in May)

Required Qualifications and Key Skills
Education & Work Experience:

• 1-3 years of Volleyball coaching experience
• Knowledgeable in the technical elements of Volleyball
• Need to be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Basic First Aid certifyball BC’s Big 4 requirement (Assistant Coaches) or Big 5 (Head Coach)
• Those 19+ years of age will undergo a Criminal Record Check and must pass this requirement
• Must be able to legally work in Canada
• Salary: Honorarium-based. Will be discussed at the interview
