Onboarding Instructions
STEP 1:
Parents and Athletes must fill out and complete the Volleyball BC Signing Form by 6PM (your offer email will outline the information required on the signing form) of your respective age group's signing dates which are outlined below as well as on the Volleyball BC 2026 Handbook.

- 12U/13U/14U – November 24, 2025
- 15U – December 1, 2025
- 16U/17U/18U – December 8, 2025
STEP 2:
Once the offer letter is signed, a 50% deposit of club fees is required to secure your spot. Deposits can be sent via E-Transfer to: [email protected]
Please ensure the memo includes the following information:
Families applying for grants are still required to provide the deposit upon signing. Once the grant is approved and disbursed, the full amount will be refunded back to your family.
Club fees specific to your athlete are outlined in their respective offer. For additional program costs (e.g., Strength & Conditioning), please refer to the summary below.
After your payment is made, please take a screenshot of the confirmation for your records. The remaining balance for all teams will be due on December 14, 2025.

Register or renew your 2026 Volleyball BC Membership by clicking this link. Ensure you select the age group you were offered to during the registration or renewal process.
Please note that if you are registering for a new account, you will need to click the link again in order to be redirected to the correct page. Once this process is complete, your home page dashboard will show your status as active. Please take a screenshot of the same tab as shown.
