As we approach the final portion of our season, we are taking last-minute gear orders for athletes, coaches, and families in preparation for BC Provincials and Volleyball Canada Nationals.

Please submit your orders quickly to ensure you are geared up and ready for these upcoming events!

How to Order:

1. Click on the above Order Form button and DOWNLOAD the form to your computer to complete.
2. Note the following when completing the form:
   - REQUIRED versus OPTIONAL items 
   - Write clearly and proof spelling of names, selection of items, size, colour and quantities.
   - Please tally up your items and remit payment via EFT. 
3. EMAIL your orders to: [email protected]
   *​Orders will not be queued in production until paid for IN FULL.
4. A member of our team will reply shortly confirming your order submission. 
5. Your EFT confirmation will be your order receipt.
6. Once the order form is submitted and payment is remitted, your order is final and no refunds can be made. 
7. If there are any errors/changes to order the order, this can be made within 24 hours of ordering. Please email [email protected] asap! Anything past this time may not be accommodated.
8. If any portion of your order is incomplete and/or require confirmation, a member of our team will reach out.
9. If your order is past the cut-off date, there is no guarantee your order will be delivered in time for Nationals.

Payment Options:

• EFT (No tax & No Service Charge)
  *Price you see on the order form is what you pay! If your order total doesn't match what was paid, we will reach out.
  - Send payment to [email protected].
  - Include in the EFT details:  Player's Name + Team + Phone # 
  *If EFT details are not indicated, we cannot match payment to your order and your order will not be in queue for production.
• Credit Card (Standard GST & PST tax will apply) - Only available onsite at our Pop-Up Shop​​. Will offer credit card online option soon!
