CANCELLATION BEFORE START OF A PROGRAM

A full refund less a $30 administrative fee will be deducted if registration of a program is cancelled before the first session begins. No refunds will be issued for any club programs. Club programs will be indicated on the registration page of the event. Any extenuating circumstances may be taken under consideration and handled on a case by case basis.

CANCELLATION AFTER THE START OF A PROGRAM

A pro-rated refund less a $30 administrative fee will be deducted if registration of a program is cancelled after the first session begins. After half of any program has been completed, there will no longer be any refunds. No refunds will be issued for any club programs. Club programs will be indicated on the registration page of the event. Any extenuating circumstances may be taken under consideration and handled on a case by case basis.

SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF A PROGRAM BY HVC

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this policy was implemented to ensure we are prepared for any future scenarios that may cause suspensions or cancellations with our programs. A full refund will be issued to registrants less costs related to apparel.

WEATHER POLICY

There may be sessions where HVC loses access to training facilities due to weather. In the event that gym space is not available, HVC will make every effort to find an alternative gym space for our athletes to train in. If there is no alternative training date available, HVC will offer a credit that can be used towards any of our other programs.
