Tryouts
All athletes are required to attend open tryouts for roster consideration.

Early Signing
Early signing opportunities are available in combination with tryouts for eligible athletes identified by our coaching staff.

Eligibility
All athletes are welcome to participate, regardless of prior club experience or affiliation.

Tryout Information

• All athletes must register online before attending tryouts.
• ​Each registered athlete is required to attend one mandatory tryout session.
• Some age groups may have a mandatory callback session. These will be by invitation only.
• Callbacks will be posted on our website following tryouts.  Remember your Athlete ID#.

Attendance:

• Attendance at tryouts is mandatory in order to be considered for placement on a Hustle Volleyball Club team.
• Additional information regarding tryouts can be found on our FAQs - Tryout page.

Arrival:
Athletes must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tryout to complete the registration and check-in process.

Registration Details

• Cost: $45 + GST & Processing Fees
• On-Site Registration: $50 (Cash & tap will be accepted)
• Online Registration: Registration will close 48 hours prior to each tryout session or once capacity is reached — whichever comes first.
• Capacity Notice: On-site registration may not be available if the session is full. This page will be updated to reflect any capacity changes.

Refund Policy:

• There are no refunds for tryouts not attended.
• There are no refunds for tryout fees if an athlete is not selected for a team.

*This is due to facility rental costs and the need to ensure adequate coaching and staffing for tryouts.

Register for ONE WAVE only.   If letters are indicated, registration is based on your LAST name (A–J or K–Z).

Should registration numbers be insufficient for a specific age group, that division may be consolidated,
enabling coaches to transition and establish secondary teams in other age categories.
Our priority is to include as many athletes as possible while maintaining balanced, competitive rosters across all levels.
